By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the relevant services.
2. Our Services
Jhupri may facilitate access to food, groceries, medicines, printing, parcel pickup and delivery, laundry ironing, campus information, and other products or services, depending on availability.
Certain products and services may be supplied or fulfilled by independent vendors, shops, service providers, or riders. The availability, operating arrangements, and delivery coverage of individual services may vary.
We may introduce, modify, suspend, or discontinue services as operational needs require, subject to applicable law and any obligations already accepted.
3. User Responsibilities
When using Jhupri, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when placing orders or requesting services.
- Provide a valid contact number and accurate delivery location when required.
- Review your order details before confirming a request.
- Communicate respectfully with our staff, riders, vendors, and service providers.
- Avoid fraudulent orders, abusive conduct, misuse of the platform, or activities that violate applicable law.

Delivery may be affected by weather, traffic, vendor preparation times, rider availability, campus access restrictions, public events, safety concerns, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
You are responsible for providing a correct delivery location and being reasonably available to receive your order. If you are unavailable, provide incorrect information, or cannot be reached, delivery may be delayed or unsuccessful. Any resulting additional charge or cancellation will be handled according to the applicable service arrangements and law.
We may contact you to coordinate delivery or resolve a fulfilment issue.
9. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
Cancellation, return, and refund eligibility may depend on the type of product or service, its preparation or fulfilment status, the reason for the request, and applicable law.
Please contact Jhupri as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order or report an issue.

Unless otherwise stated, the Jhupri name, branding, logos, website design, original text, and other original platform materials are owned by or licensed to Jhupri and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit these materials without prior permission, except where permitted by law.
Product images, names, trademarks, and other materials belonging to independent vendors or third parties remain subject to their respective rights.
13. Third-Party Services and Links
Our website may link to or integrate with third-party platforms, including communication services, payment providers, vendors, and external websites.
These third parties may operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Jhupri does not control every aspect of their services and is not responsible for independent third-party practices outside our control.
This section does not remove any responsibility that Jhupri has under applicable law.

Jhupri will take reasonable steps to operate its platform and coordinate the services it offers. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted website availability, error-free operation, or the availability of every listed product or service.
